Apologie production. Good morning, I am Deveanor, and this is your morning mantra. Welcome. Before we begin, let's take a moment to cround ourselves, finding a comfortable position and if it's safe to do so, gently closing your eyes, taking a deep breath, in filling your lungs completely, and then slowly exhale, releasing any tension from your body. Again, inhale deeply and exhale fully with each breath. Feel yourself becoming more relaxed and more present within this moment. Your mantra today is I release guilt and embrace peace. I'd like you to imagine a heavy, dark cloud above you, symbolizing your guilt. With each exhale, watch as it starts to dissolve into sparkling star dust, carried away by a cool breeze.
