I am Diveanor and this is your mourning mantra Welcome. Before we begin, let's take a moment to ground ourselves, finding a comfortable position and if it's safe to do so, gently closing down your eyes, taking a deep breath in filling your lungs completely, and then slowly exhale, releasing any tension from your body. Again, Let's inhale deeply and exhale fully with each breath, feeling yourself becoming more and more relaxed, more present. Within this moment, I am calm, at peace and embracing the tranquility in my life. I'd like you to picture a serene, peaceful landscape in your mind, like a calm lake or a quiet forest. Feeling this peaceful energy, feeling your entire being, bringing a deep sense of calm and relaxation, Repeating to yourself, I am calm, at peace and embracing the tranquility in my life. You can carry this sense of peace with you throughout your day by allowing it to guide you through all situations, remembering to give yourself time to breathe before you react or respond. You might even be called to designate a space in your home as your peaceful retreat, taking a few more deep breaths here before we start our day feeling grounded and centered.
