Finding Harmony

Apolgiate production. Good morning, I am diveanor and this is your morning mantra. Welcome. Before we begin, let's take a moment to ground ourselves, finding a comfortable position and when it's safe to do so, gently closing down your eyes.

Taking a deep inhale, feeling your lungs completely, and then slowly exhale, releasing any tension stored in the body.

Again, inhale deeply and exhale fully with each breath, feeling yourself becoming more and more relaxed, more present. In this moment, your mantra is I am at peace with myself and the world around I'd like you to visualize yourself surrounded by a beautiful bubble of calm, the beautiful safety blanket, if you will, that protects you from any external chaos. This beautiful protection bubble you can carry with you throughout your day, helping you stay detached from any unfavorable external circumstances, knowing that you are in full control of your reactions, emotions, and nothing is a able to impact you negatively. Today repeating to yourself, I am at peace with myself and the world around me. You can carry this serenity with you throughout your day, taking a few more deep breaths here before we start our day.
