This weekend’s longer meditation is a challenging one. It’s about learning to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. After a longer relaxation guidance, you will be asked to intentionally get uncomfortable to a level where you are not quite comfortable (either by sitting in mediation itself, raising your arms sideways to shoulder height, or by sitting on your toes). You will be guided to hold on to whichever pose you choose for 2 minutes, resisting the temptation to relieve or wish the pain away. Your morning mantra: I find comfort in discomfort
