My name is Christina Kansen, founder of global Swedish design and inspiration brand dream Life, an author of the book Your Dream Life Starts Here, and I love exploring these sorts of questions to inspire people like you to chase your own dream life, whatever that means for you. Many years ago, I wrote down a dream on paper that would one day bring Swedish a sign to the world and create beautiful, inspiring and meaningful product that would bring sparks of joy into the everyday lives of millions. Hi there, my lovely people, and welcome to this special bonus episode of your dream Live podcast. I'm Christina and I am your guide and biggest cheerleader on this journey to creating a life you truly love. Your dream life. Today, I'm doing something different. I am here to talk about something truly close to my heart, my Dream Life Coaching program. I get so many different questions about my program, so I thought I would record an episode about it. So anyone who are interested to find out more about the Dream Life Coaching program can listen to this. But you can also listen to this even if you're not interested in joining me. My aim, regardless if you're joining or not, that you will be inspired to create your dream life, whatever that is for you. At the time of recording this episode, we are about to start an extraordinary year in twenty twenty five. Every single year, my goal is always to make the next year my best year ever. If you have that mindset every single year, I have no doubt that your year will be better as well, and I want to invite you to join me on this life changing adventure. This episode is about inspiration, transformation, and making their decision to start living your dream life because if not now when so, grab a cup of tea or a coffee, light a candle, and let's get started. I want to start with why I'm so passionate about this program. My life completely changed when I wrote down my dreams on paper many many years ago. At the time, I felt the dreams I had on that piece of paper felt completely impossible. But I made them all happen, and I have never stopped dreaming since the truth is that I could never ever have imagined the incredible things I have been able to do, have and experience because of dreaming big and now my big, crazy dream is to inspire one hundred and one million people to write down three dreams and go and chase them, because why not? Why not make the most of your one precious life that you have been given. Will it be easy, not necessarily, but it will be so worth it to wake up every single morning and love what you get to do and have any experience. I'm not sure if there's anything more that is worth doing than working that out. And when you create your dream life, it's a journey, it's not a destination. And I always look back on all the challenges all the ups and downs that it's all part of it. I love it all, and if it was smooth sailing all the time, it would be really boring. So I love all the challenges that I have to overcome because I learned so much because of it. It's where all my growth is. I also want to say that I absolutely love setting goals and plan but I do believe that dreaming should come first. When we set goals, we often look at where we are today and then we stretch ourselves a bit. Maybe we want to take that next step in our career, maybe want to turn over more money in our business or a bigger profit, or perhaps we want to get a little bit healthier, a little bit fitter. And that is all great, but when we create our dream life, we need to put our current life aside for a little while and dream as if we could start our life all over again. However we wanted to have a dream life and asking ourselves questions like what would I do if I knew I couldn't fail? What would I do if I had all the money and time and no issues to do whatever I want in my life? What if I had all the energy and health to do whatever I want, what would I actually do if that was the case. What would be possible in my life if I could do it? These questions may seem simple, but I promise you if you actually start thinking deeply and writing what comes to mind when you ask yourself those questions, you may be surprised what will come up. By dreaming. I have been able to start a global business, which is Kiki k which is my previous business and my current business dream life, and also things like starting this podcast came up when I asked myself what would I do if I knew a conveil? And because of that, I'm now able to share what I'm learning and who I'm meeting with listeners just like you from all over the world. In fact, one hundred and six countries are listening to this podcast, which always blows my mind. So on that note, thank you for listening. And now we are getting close to four million downloads. That was never a dream stream just to start a podcast, but because I dreamed it, I started it, and all these extra things that I didn't dream about has come as well. It's so amazing when you start dreaming. And another thing I wrote down was to write a book and I did, and we have now sold over one hundred thousand copies of that book. I could never have set goals like that, as I wouldn't even think that would have been possible. Dreaming is so powerful and if you do the work, you can seriously do anything. It's so exciting to work and create your dream life. To live our dream life, we need more than dreams. We need the dream formula. So I thought I would share what that is so you can make sure you got that in your toolkit as you create your own dream life. Number One, you need to be clear on what your dreams are. This is something I have a whole online course around. If you don't know what your dreams and dream life could be, you will not be able to make it happen. This is absolutely crucial and as part of my coaching program you get your dream life starts here online course, so if you're not sure how to work out what your dreams are, that course will certainly help you, which is part of the coaching program. Number two, follow your passions. I truly believe you have to do something you're passionate about to live your dream life. Life is so much more fun if you do what you are passionate about. It also helps get through challenging times when you are passionate about what you do, because even if the challenging times are really hard, if you do something you love, you have something fun to do as well at the same time. Number three, be clear on your values. Once you know what your values are, it's easy to make decisions and what to say yes and no too. I see so many people saying yes when they want to say no. Once you clear on your values, you can make decisions really quickly, and I've got so good at saying no now. Also, your values change as you grow and evolve, so this is worth doing every single year to work out what your values are. Number four living your purpose. When you leave your purpose, you will leave your dream life again. This is something that change and evolves and something I don't think will ever stop working on, and this is something we are going to tackle in the program for twenty twenty five. Number five believing you can do it. The thing I see most in the dream life community is self doubt, and sadly, that stops so many people from pursuing their dream life. Once you start working on your dream life, you we will develop this belief in the meantime, it's so important to have someone who believe you can do it. I'm that person for many people who are joined in the Dream of Coaching program. And guess what, I have never seen one dream that I don't believe is possible for that person. It might not seem possible for the person who's dreaming it because it's big and it's new, and that happens to all of us. But there is not one dream that I have seen that it is too hard or too big. I truly believe we can do anything, but not everything at once, and of course we have to be willing to do the work. Number six. Be part of a supportive community. When we have big dreams. It's not always easy, and being part of a like minded community is absolutely vital and it's so inspiring to see others create their dream life. You get support, but you also get inspiration. It's so amazing to be around life minded people. I cannot say that enough. Number seven Taking a regular action. Once we are clear on our top three dreams for the year in the dream raf Coaching program, we need to take action, but not massive action, just small steps every single day, because you know what if you do, you will make your dreams come true eventually without doubt. Number eight showing up consistently. The people who show up every single Monday in my program. If they can't, it's recorded. But for those people who show up most Mondays will get inspired, will do the work, and will create a life of their dreams. Consistency is key to so many things when it comes to success, and absolutely when it comes to make your dreams, goals, and habits happen. Number nine. The last one is accountability. So much more likely to do the things if you are accountable to someone else. We have a monthly accountability session on the last Monday of every month. This is where we look back and see if we did what we said we would do. It's also where we plan what we will be accountable for for the next month. It's such a great session and a favorite for so many For sure, I'm releasing this episode this time of year because I think January is the perfect time to start. But if you happen to listen to this after January, now is the perfect time to start. The calendar is just made up, so don't waste your time waiting for another year to roll around. But saying that there is something special about a new year. A new year brings new energy. It's the perfect time to reset, refocus, and get crystal clear on what you want for your life. Imagine starting twenty twenty five with the plan, a vision for your dream life and the tools and support to make that happen. But as I said earlier that if you are listening to this later than December twenty twenty four or January twenty twenty five, you can start their dream Life coaching program. Anytime. You got access to everything we have done in the past, so you've got all the past content that I have ever created to consume. So there's lots of work to do and implement, and so many things to implement to create your dream life. So if you happen to listen to it later, don't let that stop you. So let me take you on a little journey through what's ahead in this medical year. Each month has a unique theme and a habit that is designed to support your growth. The habit part is new for this year because I have worked on twelve habits myself that worked so well to support my dream life that I want us all to work on one habit each month to really help us making our dreams and goals happen in twenty twenty five. So in January, our focus is planned your year. You will create clarity around your dreams and goals and map out a powerful vision for the year ahead. And this is something we do every January and something that I absolutely love. We spend every Monday in January to plan the year ahead. So once you start February, you got it all sorted and a monthly habit we are focusing on in January is to look at your dreams daily and take one small step towards them every single day. When you do that, you will get momentum and you will just see that once February rolls around, you will be well on your way. This is the fundation for building a life you love, and as we move through the year, every month will be a new theme and a new habit helping you grow, transform and thrive. I have personally decided that twenty twenty five is going to be my best year yet and a year of growth one month at a time. So let's talk about February. That theme is about stepping into the best version of you. This month is all about aligning your dreambition by building supportive habits that support your dreams and goals. And one habit will be all working on is our mourning ritual for February. To create a personalized mon ritual that energizes and grants you, I will inspire everyone to build a morning ritual that you just can't wait to wake up to, and this will be of course different for everyone. Once I started focusing on my own morning ritual and one that really supports my dreams, gold and habits, it's been absolutely amazing having that space in the morning. It's a game changer. It's so worth spending time on working out what that would be. So that is what we're going to do in February. I will also host our first group detos from February to tenth. It's a chance to reset your body and mind with the community cheering you on. This is something I have done myself for years now and it had such a great impact on me, both physically but also mentally. So I'm going to guide everyone through a detox three times in twenty twenty five, the first one being in February. I'm so excited about incorporating this into the coaching program for those who want to, because it gives so much energy to work on all the things we are going to work on for the year. But this is of course an option, and I will talk to all of you of use who are joining if a detox is right for you. And then we got March. And if you have been listening to this podcast for a while, you may know that I treat each quarter as a miniere. And again this has been a game changer for me, because when you focus on one quarter at the time, you will get so much more done. You get so focused, and for some reason, if things didn't go to plan, you get back focusing on the next quarter. I have seen this work for so many in the program, and every year I improve it to make it better. So in March we will reflect, refine, and plan quarter two ahead. And the habits for the month is to journal daily to reflect on your progress, lessons and intentions. By end or March, you will feel ready to tackle the next quarter with clarity and confidence. April, unlock your peak. Product This month is about getting things done without burning out. I have been working a lot on our own productivity lately, so I am going to share everything that I have learned. It's all around working smarter and not harder, and the habit is to practice daily breathwork to improve focus, reduce stress, and energize your day. I've got someone amazing who will come in and do the breath work with us, So this one is absolutely amazing and as well and will help you create your dream life in a much much better way. You will discover how small shifts in your routine can make a big impact. Then it's time for May, and this month is about manifesting and visualizing your dreams and goals and aligning your energy to attract abundance. And the habit commit to daily guided meditation to visualize your dream life. And our second group, Detox will run from May the twelfth, another chance to reach out and refocus. Then we got June, which is all about planning the next quarter and a six month reset which is often quite necessary after six months of work and you know, sometimes a few challenges along the way happens to all of us. It's another opportunity to pause, reflect and plan, and the habits for this month is to integrate daily movement to rejuvenate your body and mind. As we move into the second half of the year. Movement is so important, but sometimes when we get busy and it's six months from the new year, we have perhaps not done what we thought we would do. So we're going to reset, We're going to move our body, whatever that is for each individual. Then we got to July, which is all about financial freedom to live your dream life. This month is about empowering yourself financially. I actually encourage everyone doing my program to have financial freedom as a dream to make happen one day, not necessarily as soon as they start, but definitely on their list. Because when we have financial freedom, whatever that is for each individual, we got the ultimate freedom to make our dreams come true. And creating financial freedom is different for everyone, and it's part of creating your dream life. It's not something that happens overnight. The habit for July is to track your spending and access how it aligns with your dream life values. Very interesting. A lot of us have a lot of money blocks, so it's a really really good theme. Money becomes a tool for freedom when it's aligned with your dreams. A really fun month to work on. And then we got August and that is all about sharing your light and sharing your wisdom. You will learn to share your unique gifts with the confidence. When you focus on your unique gifts and all the things that make you so special and share it with the world, you will love your life a little bit more because there's nothing more rewarding than sharing two people who are just behind you. The habit improve your hydration by drinking more water every day. It's a simple but very powerful way to support your energy and focus and something that is often missed, and it's a vital component to create your dream life. And often I hear so many people talk about wanting to lose weight and so many things around food. I think sometimes when we focus on water that there are so many other things that would actually be supported as well. And yeah, it's going to be a habit that we're going to work on for or And then we got September, which is all about planning the next quarter. This is the final plan, your quarter month for the year. So it's a very important month. So you've finished a year strong and on a high. And the habit is decluttered daily to create space for inspiration and calm. This can be physical space, but it can also be mental space. It's again something I have seen make such a difference when people have less things and less clutter and being organized in their physical spaces as well as mental space. And then we got our third and final group detox for the year that will take place in September, ensuring you feel refreshed and ready for the final stretch of the year. It's perfect to do this before the festive season start. And then we got to October. This month is about connecting deeply with your values and embodying your purpose. And the habit is to add daily greens to your routine to nurture your body and mind. This is another daily ritual that I do myself that helps me keeping well. When I live a very full life. So many of us don't get enough nutrition, so this is something that could make a massive difference to energy level and also how you keep well. After thirty days, you will absolutely notice and you will feel amazing. And then we got November and that is all about setting your mindset for the next year, which is twenty twenty six. It's time to cultivate resilience and positivity and get ready for the new year with a mindset that is simply world class. And the habit read ten pages daily from an inspiring book to fuel your growth. This will help you get into the habit of reading more if you do it daily. So many people don't take time to read. And when you do it daily, you will get through a book so fast and it adds so much to dream Life. And then we got to somebod make twenty twenty six your best year yet? Is the theme reflect, celebrate, and dream forward And the habit is all around practice daily kindness or maybe for some of you who are brave to commit to a non complaining challenge for December. I've done this myself. It's a hard one, but it's a fun one. You will end the year with gratitude, grace, and excitement for what is to come. So that is just a bit of a taste of what to expect in terms of themes. But I've done it really quickly. We will obviously go into much more depth than that. And here is what makes a dream Life coaching program so special. It's not just a program, it's a community. Imagine being surrounded by people who lift you up, celebrate your wins, and support you when things feel tough. I think so many people come for the content, they stay for the community. So many of us are friends now. It's so fun. Every month you will join live sessions on Zoom. They all recorded, so if you can't make it, you can listen to it whenever it suits you. But the first Monday of every month, it's a monthly habit master class and it's often with inspiring guest speakers. So if I know someone who are expert at the habit that we are covering, I will bring them in. So that's the first one and then on the second one it's an hour of Power of Me. So it's a master class around a theme for the month that I deliver every single month. And then the third one is coaching and questions. This is where you come with all the questions. You can be anything, not just around the theme. It can be helping with your challenge. You might have a business questions you might have or whatever is on your mind. So it's a chance for you to get coached or ask any questions and I will help you with any of these. If I don't have the answer, I will find someone who does. And the last session of every month is an accountability session to keep you on track. This is where you will be in small groups and it's a very very inspiring and fun session. We look at what we committed to and then we commit with three new things for the next month, and it's something we do every single month, and it's one of the favorite sessions for sure, because when we are accountability, we're more likely to do what we said, and when we do what we say, we feel so much better about ourselves. And we will also sprinkle in surprise bonus sessions in between, because we love keeping things exciting in the Dream Live coaching program. And as I'm working on myself at the same time as everyone else, I share what I'm learning, and if I meet some incredible people, which I always seems to do, I will ask them to come in as speakers or do a Q and A with us. I will share books and all their adventures I'm doing and what I'm learning. There are always exciting things happening in the Dream Life Coaching program and it's so fun. So there is no such a thing as the perfect time to start. It's about making this choice to begin.
