Today’s episode is a little different — and honestly, a little more personal.

I had a guest interview planned, but life had other ideas. Instead of scrambling to find a replacement, I listened to my gut and sat down with my journal. And what flowed out felt important. So, I decided to record a solo episode. Just you and me, sharing from the heart.

This week, I found myself deeply moved by the news of someone I knew passing away far too soon.

While we weren’t really close, her death shook something in me — a reminder of how precious and fleeting life really is. It led me to reflect on the importance of living intentionally and consciously creating a life that truly lights us up — what I call 'our Dream Life'.

As we step into a brand new quarter — Q2 - like a fresh mini New Year it’s the perfect moment to pause, reflect, reset, and ask yourself:

Am I living a life I love? Or am I just ticking off to-dos?

In this episode, I share:
