This week, Kat dives into the concept of "normal" and how certain behaviors or trends become normalized over time, even if they aren't always what's best for us. Why do we start wanting to wear or do something just because we see it everywhere? Kat unpacks the idea of fitting in and questions whether we've begun to use the word "normal" to justify things that maybe shouldn't be. She explores how, when the abnormal becomes normal, things can take a turn for the worse. With the help of listener submissions, Kat also highlights some everyday habits that seem normal to us now, but we might not have thought that a few years ago.
