What is this like radio voice? Hey everyone, it's Megan terrain Or welcome to Working on It. I'm here with my big bro co host. I'm her big bro Ryan, and this is working on it and working on it. We got a baby, rou and Lelo, So we got the toy poodle Rose who's like a sleep on my shoulder, dogs all over us. And Lelo here she comes. He just wants kisses. She's right up on his face, um my face. This is our new podcast called Working on It. Yeah. I mean we're going to talk about things. We're working on a whole bag of tricks. Listen. We've we've already filmed a couple episodes, right and recorded a couple of podcasts, and there's a lot that goes down. You know, we're talking about sobriety dating. I get pretty deep with my sobriety. So for those that don't know, it was bad, and we get it was it was. For those who don't know, Ryan is sober now is what he was trying to say, and he talks all about it, things that I didn't even know we're happening. So Mom, I mean, listen, She's the only one listening to the podcast. And now this, this poor lady is just concerned that I'm gonna diet every second of every day. She's like, Yo, you're getting in coal plunge. I need you to text someone and call someone to let them know you're in and then let them know you're out. I'm like, it's a coal plunge. You guys love me sohere? Or also like if you go to the grocers overre like Texas when you're home, I'm okay. We have a close family. For those who don't know, we all live in one compound, in one big, big house. I mean our parents are not here. They don't live here, but they pretty much live here. There here every day. Moms here right now. I love that um. And my younger brother also lives with us, so Ryan is im and I'm a new mama. I have a baby named Riley with my amazing husband Darryl, and we also live with our younger brother Jay Train justin Trainer, but we call him Jay Train and you'll get to meet him and you'll get to hear him talk about dating because that's the new thing he's doing. It's so weird, just a young bachelor, young bachelor during COVID. What it's like today, spooky um and all the dating apps. My dating life does not exist right now, this whole sobriety thing. I like, literally, I'm so word. I tell people, I'm like, yeah, I'm happy. Everything's great, shape, my head just running. We also talk about therapy and how amazing and healthy it is, and Ryan refuses to get it. So this is your therapy. This is that's why we started a podcast. Things we're working on. It's for us, really, it's for us. I mean there's like what one point nine million podcast. Tim Dylan is like, anybody's starting a podcast now is an idiot. That's us. That's up. We're the last to do it. Yeah, it's gonna be okay. If you're watching, thanks for being here. Smash that subscribe that light. Also, we don't know what we're doing. We're going to read every comment. Just tell us what to do, maybe come up with some funny ideas. Yeah, we'll do it all Um, we're desperate for us to pop off. Dude. Listen, man, I've been meditating and you know what to do. Every star in the mirror and I say it ten times, We're gonna say it together once once, I explained. But I'll just be like I have a successful podcast. Time that makes me start to day. So now we could say we'll have a successful we'll have a successful we all have a successful podcast, will have we will have will have a successful we will have a successful podcast. Okay that I felt the vibes. We also we have great characters coming on the show. We have me Papa, My father comes on an episode. GT needs to be uh we call him GT for Gary Trainer. Um, he needs to be a recurring what's it called guest? I just want to hear us speak and it's such a crime. Um, yes, Dad needs to come on here more. He's great. My husband will be a guest one day. Daddy example, your money has graduated to daddy. Darryl. My manager, Tommy Bruce is a part of the sobriety episode, and he's just like he's my guys, my conflict, my oprah. He's so good. You should read books or something, you know. I don't know where's either, but I always big word. I don't try the big words. I run away from it. Um. I'm gonna get deep and honest into like things that I've never told anyone. I'm gonna say it on here because this is my therapy too. I'm gonna talk about motherhood, what it was like being pregnant, what it's like to have a bit bit. I'm going through a fitness journey. Oh Chihuahua, don't freak out. Um, I'm currently on this amazing Finnish journey with my nutrition and my health. I partnered up a profile by Sanford, and I got a coach, I got all the works, and I am actually down all my pregnancy weight and chihuahua, and I'm ten pounds lighter than when I started to get pregnant. How do I speak? You do look great way, So I'm not hungry. I was at first, but now I've realized food is fuel. Food is fuel, yes, and enjoy every second of it, but don't like overdo it. And I was overdoing it. So I'm gonna try to help anyone out there struggling with anything. We're struggling with. Dude, Just Chihuahua just devoured this toy. I love how you just call it chihuahua. Her name is Lelo, you know, yeah, but speak of my dogs. I make arts and crafts like this is what you do because you don't go anywhere. I don't leave the house. I'm a home body. I enjoy the home. That's got a nice home. So I work Harvard at home. So I make resin art. Now, check out my TikTok um. And this is a cool dog dog bowl that I made. That's fire. What am I gonna used for work? Nothing? And I got into this residence. You're nine years So I do reson o art now, So for those listening, that's what I'm gonna do, this reson o art. And and that's pretty cool. I don't know what I'm gonna do. It is that? Who the are you that my dog needs a dog ball? I made it for her. How sick is that? Like? Oh you like that ball I made? It's cool. That's cool. It's cool. It's cool, is it? You're very very artistic, You're good, You're good with your hands. Very Once I want to do something. Once I want to do something, I am determined to do it until I win this marathon. But I'm definitely not gonna win. I looked it up. Winning time is like two hours, and let me tell you, I run like ten miles in two hours, So I got a little bit of work to do. But yeah, we're doing this marathon. The goal is to serve five. For those of ant know my older brother, he was sober and his stop. My current mission is the New York City marathon. He's going to run a marathon because how many people can say they've done that? Not many. And he's gonna win. You're gonna survive surviving his winning, surviving his winning, then you can eat anything you ever wanted. Yeah, Lilo is just munching on that wow toy. Actually, I just got this patient partner to her name is Hannah ak Hans, and dude, she gave me like a new uh perspective on life, yes, but also just like the power to finish this marriage. Okation, motivation, that's the word I was trying to grasp. Dude, my brain doesn't work. I stopped drinking and my brain is broken. Um. Yeah, so she sent me this awesome video pretty much to hype me up. And I'm running for Hans now, okay, turn it out. She's a patient at the Boston Children's Hospital, running for the Boston Children's Hospital that miles for miracles. I'm Hannah. I'm six years old, and of my favorite cowers is peak and I you love unitsons It's and I will Willie. My favorite holiday is Halloween. He dies, I was born a couple of days after it. My bodday is no them moost November sits. Hey, you know what The um person that you are sending this to is running in the New York on twenty six miles on November seven. That cool. Yeah, so we can like cheer them on and get them really psyched and like ready to go. And the right day, I have a super dirt day, the best day, the best day I've been having the best a couple of weeks ever now because of that, and so now yeah, I gotta finish it for her seventh birthday. But for those who don't really know my big bro Ryan, let's tell them about us to. So we're like a year and five days apart. Kill, We're December babies kill, best friends, best friends. I used to hate you j other growing on. There was times there was times I name all of them. Um. So I was the only girl. I had two brothers. I was a middle child. Woof right. Um, all I wanted to do is be their best friend, Like that was just my mission in life. And they so like made you earn that spot. Okay, bro, I earned it and then some so um, whenever they would play sports, I would be the only girl like playing football. Yeah, I started with It started with I mean we played tackle ball in the backyard and you get involved and I would be like, fun, yeah, that's my sister. Remember like the bouncy houses at Steven's house and I would tackle everyone because I was just larger than then. I was just a big girl. And you're like you're still cool, Like you could take down this high school or I was like, no problem. I just sat on him. Yeah, and then like ls in my face. Growing up um middle school, high school, tough times. We had to move to a different high school, so we were like not friends. I think that's what brought us. No, no, it kind of brought us closer. You were so mad at me because we moved to the Cape. I was for some reason, I blamed you. It was my fault. It wasn't your fault. Dude. You had a disease. I was allergic to mold aggressively in the Nantucket school the middle schools attached to the high school. I couldn't bray that confer Also, I just got like bullied in that new school and I took it out on you. And I'm a fucking loser for it. That's my bad. I'm sorry, I love you. This is therapy. I needed to hear that for like twelve years only I'm sorry, Oh my god, blame Like like one time we got on a huge five this is one of the big ones, and I was like, why are you so angry? And he was like, because you were born And I run. I'm a high schooler freshman and jeans. I ran out the house and I ran down the street like I'm running away forever. I made it down the street, Like what do I do to happen up? Yeah, this is awesome because you were both you were buying. Dude, was turned I had to make up. But dude, I was your number one fan by like my junior in high school, and you did you did rock the mic and I got everybody, I go, this is it, dude, my sister's awesome. I did a school talent show. I just grew the funk up man. Let's freshman guys emotional little Yeah, you're all like ten years behind for sure. Um So then in spy senior year, my junior year, you were a senior and j J was a freshman. We rolled up in high school as the try nurse. Yeah, were shut up to every high school party. Together, part together, stays together. Yeah, and our mama always picked us up because you'd go, Mama, we never drink and drove, don't do that. We didn't. We didn't under age drink either, And what happened to your voice came on every um yeah and uh. Then we were best of friends. And there was one year right two years where we were all in different cities. I was. I was in Nashville, songwriter, you were in Tampa, Florida. J Train was back home alone with the known with the parents. Were toughest time of his life, I think, And and then I wrote all about that base and it became like what it is, and I had to move to Los Angeles and I was like, I'm not going alone. I need my best friends. Really worked out for me. Yeah, So I brought Ryan and we lived in Park Libria, and then we've lived together everything ever since. So we've lived together whole lives except for like one to two years. Yeah, dude, I didn't even think about that. Oh, I think that all the time. We're not like a past. We're very healthy relationship. Yeah, we have a great relationship. We can tell each other anything, anything and everything. You can't tell me and Megan a secret. We're just gonna tell each other. Like I'm gonna tell Megan, I'm gonna tell him. So watch. But if I could have given birth like with as many people as wanted in the hospital room, it would have been my family, my bros. You want me to film. I wanted him. I was going to be like that. He was. He was my videographer and my photographer. So I was like, hey, for the birth, should I just do a home birth? And like we all like get some pom pomps and cheer me on and like you film the whole thing. He's like, I'm not gonna be And I was like, but what am I supposed to do? You have to We do everything together. We talk about our poops together, we talk about love. But honestly, the c section would have been a better option, actually low key, because I like love to show the nick and that's all like surgeries and stuff. I would have watched my c section, I think. So I just didn't want to do the whole you know, pushing it out like that's no chance, no shines, no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no. Gorgeous but disgusting. Yeah. I've been working on working on it. He was smart boy. Yeah, no, oh man, this is gonna be fun, dude, a good time. Is there a podcast We're going to talk about really honest stories and memories and you get like behind the scenes stuff of whatever is happening in our lives. Megan's pretty busy. I've got nothing going on, so I appreciate you let me ride these cooked tails trying to get hint some jobs. I'll figure out what I'm gonna do. Kind of wasted a decade just partying, no planning my future. You're just trying to find out who you are. Dude, we figured it out. I think you're um a social butterfly and that's hard to be. You know. I was one when I could booze, and now everything is fucking shitty. Dude. Everyone that's people talk. I've turned into like it's a South Park episode where stand everything's a ship. Everything around me is just like, yeah, I go to a party. It's oh, I'm so proud. Where is it? How do you do that? And I just talked about running the marathon. I I just hate myself. Okay, we're gonna work through these things, unpack that. Um. I think we should find you a new happy place. Yeah. I think I'm gonna start surfing again. The ocean is my happy place. I feel much better even when I was just going to the beach. I've been going to the beach with Soko a lot and just getting in the ocean. That feels good. We have four dogs because was just like, I'm bored. I want a puppy. Look on the baby and this said weight and I said, okay, I want to buy a dog then live in my spot because I asked them emotional um yeah no, um uh yeah. We just need to find you a new happy place. And with this podcast, we're gonna work on our issues. Yeah, obviously that seems like a new one. I'm serious. When we're going to read the comments on YouTube and we want as much input as possible. We want to get the fans involved. We want we want people to like zoom in, to leave messages and we can all work on all this stuff together. I think that's going to be a big part of this want we can help give you advice for things that we've been through. Not therapists, but I mean I've we've definitely seen. I've had a seection. We've been through it. Okay, I'm a hero. Shut the up I gave um. But yeah, because I mean, we grew up in a small town. Yeah, and that's all bullshit. So well, we're just like you guys, don't worry California just cool. Yeah. Yeah, but we're from a very tiny island where we didn't have traffic lights. It's all waving your hand for the stop signs in the rotaries. He's all the rotaries. We're East Coast peeps still out here. Yeah, we're louder than everyone else. We're a bit loud. I'm less loud now that I don't drink. I would tend to get extra loud. Yes, but you were fun. Yeah, No, I'm not found dude, so you're sound fun. We just got we gotta hang out more. Yeah, we post we hang out enough. Man, Although this nice little guesthouse situation you've got me, it's pretty I I could hide away now. See he's in a little guest, little tiny apartment next to our big home, and um, I hooked it up in here. Man, it's so awesome. I brag about it on Twitch all the time, like whoa dude, Like, let's look at that TV. How much is that as? Like listen, here's the situation became with the house that I have a very loving sister who supplied me with a very nice room, very nice PC. And I thank you often. I do mentally thank you, Oh not to my face. Well what am I gonna fucking but you just like pray to me. You're like, I'm like, fuck yeah, Megan hooked out, dude, really do you love me? I look, we still fight though, don't get it twisted, like I'm talking to the people I know, but like what we thought about stupid ship. We yell at each other, your past mistakes, um you and Jay Chane and decisions. Yeah, but there's like dumb stuff that constantly happens, like like standard stuff like what I don't know, I can't think of it now. But because we don't fight, yeah, we do fighting about not fighting, bro, exactly what I'm talking about. It's stupid stuff. Stupid stuff, Yeah, but we're good now family therapy. What Peppe, why do we want to start a podcast? That's a great question. Um, I've been dying. I've been dying to get you to do this for a long time because we love listening to podcasts. Yeah yeah, but I just think you're hilarious. I think you have a great personality and you know people will enjoy you on this podcast. I'm looking for more friends, um, and I'm also looking for more friends. I don't I can name like you you're talking like cool celebrity friends or something. No, just I don't know want any friends. Friends are expensive and exhaust saying Devon is like what we're here? Yeah, actually we do have two new friends out out to them. They're running this whole podcast. Um. Um. But I also want an excuse for family therapy because Ryan refuses to see a therapist and refuses to talk about his feelings. So this is going to be amazing and a great way to show you all out there, like you can't ask for help when you're in mental struggles, okay, emotional struggles. Man, I'm I'm the biggest asker helper from let's see, I always ask for help. I'm like Hey, something's up. Was that Ryan doesn't ask for help? But you also like talking to me too. It's not just that, right, I mean it's not just like oh no, that was just like one. That's one example, literally like like hanging out with you and your funny Ryan needs help. Ran needs a lot of help. No, we all need help. Coming below what you need help with? And I want to I've been we've been away. We've been hiding in our house for a long time. I missed the fans, I missed talking to strangers. So, um, we want to get you involved. We want to hear about stuff you're working on. Yeah, it's gonna be great. I want to build a family. I've been working on, working on Modern fertility. I know all about this. Did you know that O. B. G. Y N's actually recommends starting prenatal vitamins at least one month before conception? That's w O R K I N three zero for thirty percent off your modern Fertility Prenatal multi Vitamin Starter kid. Again, that's modern Fertility dot Com slash Working thirty. I've been working on working on it. What is a secret time? Secret time? Okay, so a big secret, that's what. That's what we're gonna have fans call secret. No, not like no, it's like, what are you working on? Working? I'm working on how to be a fit mom, Like I want to be able to run after my kids are committing fitness, exercise, healthy, no sugar, there's no poison in my body. Um, and that's been like six months now. So well, it's my whole pregnancy to adjestational diabetes. We can talk about that. Hey, all my ad gestational diabetes cleans out there. It's very common. Yeah. And obviously I'm doing the sobriety and trying to figure out who I am and all that. I have some real deep dark secrets that I've been working on recently. I don't a sexy anymore. I thought Daryl says, you're sexy all the time. He worships me, but it's not about him. Doesn't count. Doesn't count because I've seen my body after the bid and I think this is what every woman goes through. And I just like, no one talked to me about it, but um yeah, like I see what's down there with the scar and the stretch marks. I think my body looks like a lawnmower went over it. I'm sorry. I realized now that that has been implanted in your brain and it's not you, dude, it's me. It's me and my dark thoughts. Reaction to the picture was not good. Listen, I'm like the poster girl for love yourself, be kind to yourself because I'm the worst at it, Like I really struggle with it. So um but I'm this is how open I'm with my bros. I took a picture of my scar and my stretch marks and I showed him and he goes, that's your body. That was his response, and I cried and said, yeah, dude, this is what we're working. Sorry, And that was three weeks after the surgery. It doesn't look that best. So now it's it's bad, but it's okay because I'm going to figure it out and then I'm going to teach everyone else who's like struggling with that. And I'm trying to be more positive and kind to myself because I feel smaller. But then I'll get naked and try to have like hot times with my husband and I laugh in his face because I don't know what to do because I'm like, what's going on here? And he's he's the cutest, but like it's Darrel, Like it's Darrel. Oh yeah, baby, you know what. No, No, he's the best. He'll get me there and like we achieve goals, but like it's always the I want to talk to my therapist about it, Like why can't I dive deep into it now? Like there's you know those scenes where they're like hot and heavy and they're making out and they're like breaking picture frames because they're like we can't make it to the bedroom. We get Never once in my life has that ever happened? Um, And I think that's a deeper therapeutic thing. I need to talk the way therapist. But now, especially having a baby, my body stretched came back cut open. I like he's like, I love your naked body, and I'm like, but I don't. And it's all about what's in my head at this moment. You know, well, I'm proud of you for so we're gonna work on that. Accepting that and you're ready to go through that and accepting that I have. I'm telling you, you look healthier, fitter, you look strong. I did two hundred lunges today. What damn straight for a as a choice? That's czy. I ran up and down the stairs twelve times, and then you just did it on your personally chose to do that. You're turning it up. Yeah, but my body is an endomor for whatever. So it's like if I work out too hard, I don't lose weight, actually got anyway of inflammation. It's a it's a it's a really tough thing. It's the hardesting I've ever done. I think being pregnant, being pregnant and getting a C section was easier than trying to lose weight in the healthy way, like the one pound a week, like exercise every day, never cheat, always eat clean. This is the hardest thing I've mentally had to do. I'm gonna succeed all my goals because this is from my thirteen year old self who was like chubby and going through it. Who wood, So that's how well I'm about to be on this podcast? Are you trying to be with my brother? Yeah? Obviously close out think about like should I guess along? Right? What should I do? It's a whole thing. What you I think that's going to be very relatable. Meat. You're just trying to keep my sanity. Love that you're a big like mental health awareness guy. This is great because so many people feel like you. Okay, so many people feel like you would need that. I need that. Yeah, I mean the running definitely helps. Um, It's just this is probably the hardest thing I've ever done, is training for this marathon.
