When you're recruiting you need to really make sure you're hiring someone with the right personality profile for the job it's not just about previous experience in fact you're better off to have someone with the right personality profile for the job rather than previous experience because they're ultimately going to a better fit for the role, enjoy it and achieve more for your bottom line.
Don't just accept anyone into your vacant roles, make sure they're a perfect fit, the process might take a little longer but you'll thank yourself for it later on.
