Rachel is always looking for ways to innovate and create change for the better at the Workshop Whisperer. One of the things she's done recently is create a couple of roles within the business that needed to be filled but she didn't want to conform to old titles and the limitations that went with them, so she flipped the script and created new ones.

One of the roles she created has been filled by the exceptionally skilled and talented David Watts. David is the master of People and Projects here at the Workshop Whisperer.
