This week's PODCAST with Mario Corena & ''Vogliamoci Bene'', we welcome in Studio Sanremo special guest Ivanka Prichard, Professor of Body Image and Health and the Director of Embrace Impact Lab at Flinders University.

Ivanka has a PhD in psychology and over 20 years of research experience related to body image, mental health, and exercise environments. She has a long-standing collaboration with The Embrace Collective, an Australian health promotion charity with a vision for a world where young people are free from feelings of pressure, judgement and shame about their bodies.

As Director of Embrace Impact Lab she has been instrumental in the evaluation of the Embrace Kids program across schools, early childhood education, parenting and sporting settings.

In this PODCAST we ask Ivanka the following :

1. What inspired you to focus your research on body image and mental health? Were there any pivotal moments or experiences that led you to this field?
