Rassie Erasmus has made wholesale changes to the Springbok team for Saturday's Test against Australia in Perth. There are 13 changes to the starting XV that beat the All Blacks in Baltimore, with only Eben Etzebeth and Ethan Hooker keeping their places. Andre Esterhuizen will captain the Boks for the first time, becoming the 68th player to lead South Africa. And there's a milestone for Jasper Wiese, who earns his 50th Test cap, off the bench. Handre Pollard returns at flyhalf, while Canan Moodie is back in midfield. Erasmus says Australia presents a very different challenge to New Zealand  and these combinations are designed to meet it.
