North West businessman and self-proclaimed political fixer Brown Mogotsi has been denied bail in his fourth application. The Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court found that the addresses presented by Mogotsi did not constitute new facts, as they had already been considered in his previous bail applications. He faces multiple charges including unlawful possession of a firearm. Presiding magistrate Annalise Tlhapi also found that Mogotsi remains a flight risk and that it would not be in the interest of justice to release him on bail. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to  SABC news Culvin Mabasa
