Many young South Africans struggle to gain work experience after completing Grade 12. Employers often require experience, but finding an opportunity to gain that first experience can be difficult.  McDonald's South Africa is taking another deliberate step to help young people move from learning into the world of work, announcing the recruitment of 2,000 young people into its next Hospitality Learnership Programme.
