The South African government has affirmed its call for an end to the genocidal war that is currently ongoing in Gaza in the Middle East. This position was emphaphised by International Relations and Cooperation Minister, Ronald Lamola who has been addressing the media on key issues pertaining to the implementation of the country's foreign policy. Lamola also touched on the country's position on the political unrest in neighbouring Mozambique and the ethnic conflict in Sudan.
