There continues to be widespread reaction to the case involving one of Miss South Africa's contestants for the upcoming annual pageant set to take place on Saturday evening. This follows the announcement by the Home Affairs department which notes that the person recorded in its records as Chidimma Adetshina's mother may have committed fraud and identify theft. Adetshina's entry to the pageant caused a social media storm as it is understood her father is Nigerian while her mother may be from Mozambique. Here is the Home Affairs Minister, Leon Schreiber explaining that the 23-year-old's mother may have some questions to answer to.
