Who is the real you beneath the negative thoughts, labels, habits and experiences you've picked up throughout life?
In this episode of Unstress Health, Dr Ron Ehrlich speaks with Sydney GP and author Dr Jeremy Thompson about identity, negative self-talk, emotional stress and the idea of the “mixed bag” - where our natural strengths become tangled with negative beliefs and behaviours.
Jeremy explains his positive-centred approach and why understanding our genuine strengths can help us build greater resilience, healthier relationships and a more settled sense of self.
They explore childhood experiences, hypnosis, communication, relationships, social media and the importance of learning to recognise the positive core within ourselves and others.
