ngaphandle kokucindezelwa.

Company Profile

The Company, SUPER FIVE AGRICS (trading as Big 5 Farming) was formed
and registered in 2023 with registration number 2023/167266/07. The aim of
forming the company is to acquire unused farming land and revive productive
and sustainable farming activities. Through a chain of activities, this will
eventually contribute to the overall primary food provision and much needed
economic activity in the country.

The company Super Five Agrics, trading as Big 5 Agrics was formed by Five
(5) young ambitious black former students at Weston Agricultural College in
Mooi River, KwaZulu-Natal, which rank amongst the top agricultural colleges
in the province. All 5 Directors matriculated in 2023.

In February 2024, the company concluded a thirty (30) year lease agreement
for a two hundred and seventy-three (273) hectare farmland with the Kwa
Bhidla Traditional Council, which is under Chief D. Dlamini. The farm was
operational in the previous years and was transferred to KwaBhidla
Traditional Council under the land restitution program. However, it is to be
noted that currently the farm has been lying dormant and this project seeks to
revive the agricultural operations accordingly.
