Hour 4 (9.14) Mark and Tim are having a week: Rams, Chargers, dying cats, broken ankles, SoCal sticker shock — and heat-fueled road rage so bad Bellio got flipped off on the 5 by some ding-dong glued to a phone.

Then it’s Orange County’s e-bike buyback — gift cards from Target, Walmart and Dick’s, Angels tickets for the first 75, no questions asked — because parents are done spending Saturdays in the ER.

Somehow Timmy jumps from a downtown high-speed chase to the Emmys red carpet to childhood memories of ice-cold suppositories, because of course he does. Heather Brooker is in studio after a full carpet day: Michael J. Fox got a lifetime honor, Stephen Colbert’s “Late Show” beat Jimmy Kimmel and John Oliver for variety series, and Heather wore the dress her Instagram fans voted on. Atta girl.

9:05 — Between the Rams and Chargers, dying cats, broken ankles and the increasing cost of living in SoCal, Marky Mark and Timmy C have been doing it tough this week. Angelenos are angry this week, and it must be the heat. Plus, Bellio got the acrylic bird from some dumb B who was on her phone while driving on the 5.

9:20 — Cards from Target, Walmart, Dick’s. First 75 in line also got two Angels tickets! Working, broken, stolen-looking — they took ’em. We’re talking the Orange County e-bike buy-back! Parents are tired of spending their Saturdays in the emergency room. First guy in line was Jesse Hayes, 20, who spent three months on life support after an e-bike crash in Huntington Beach.

9:35 — How did we go from high-speed car chases in downtown LA, to the Emmys red carpet, to Tim’s remembrances of ice rockets up his tuchus courtesy of his mom’s love of suppositories? We don’t know but Conway sure found a way to segue from award winners to enemas.

9:50 — Heather Brooker is back in studio with Mark and Tim to break down the Emmys while the big drama and comedy races are still out. So far, the night’s already delivered: Michael J. Fox picked up a lifetime achievement honor, and Stephen Colbert’s “Late Show” beat Jimmy Kimmel and John Oliver for variety series — a win that lands extra hard after CBS canceled the show. Heather, never one to phone it in, wore a dress her Instagram fans actually voted on. Atta girl.
