Hey y’all! Happy Thursday and Happy World Mental Health Day. I’m excited to bring you a very special conversation that I had the pleasure of participating in. I joined Dr. Laurie Santos of The Happiness Lab podcast, Dr. Gretchen Ruben of the Happier with Gretchen Ruben podcast, Dan Harris from the 10% Happier podcast, and some very special guests from Sesame Street, Elmo and Samantha Maltin who is the Chief Branding and Marketing Officer at Sesame Workshop.
We had an awesome conversation about the state of everyone’s mental health these days, the importance of connection in managing our mental health, and we shared some of our favorite strategies for taking care of our own mental health. I really enjoyed participating in this chat and I hope you’ll love listening.
