Two Tommy eps in two days. This time we discuss my internal struggle with posting tough-love whiteboard messages (on social media) that (1) I believe are relevant and potentially transformative (2) are often misinterpreted and (3) can simultaneously inspire, inform and polarise. We also talk about the idea of teaching our kids ‘how’ to think rather than ‘what’ to think, what anti-aging actually means, self-awareness and self-regulation around technology and lots more.
