David Knoff is an Antarctic Expedition Leader, Author and Leadership expert who specialises in remote leadership, hostile environment diplomacy and resilience. Oh, and he recently spent 537 days stranded in Antarctica during the pandemic, leading over a hundred humans through an extended period of uncertainty, danger and real-time problem solving in the most extreme of environments. This is David’s second visit to TYP and this was more of a general chat about all-things mindset, self-management, adaptation, courage, communication and teamwork. I loved it.
