I have an early morning ritual (at the café) of asking myself a few questions, generally focusing on efficiency, productivity, problem-solving and gratitude. I use this ritual to put myself in the best headspace, emotional state and creative space to successfully navigate the day ahead. They’re not the same questions every day and there’s no strict protocol but for me, it’s a valuable part of my daily operating system. In this episode, I share some of the questions I most frequently ask myself and explain why I think such a practice can be a good start to the day. Enjoy.
