How does tech addiction actually work? Biochemically? Practically? Behaviourally? Is it an actual addiction like booze, drugs, porn and gambling, just a bad habit, or something else? What is the ever-evolving relationship between technology the phenomenal rise of mental health issues? Are there strategies, practical processes and tools we can use to make a dent in the problem, or maybe even better? Can we turn it around? This chat with Gillespo wasn't a "solution" or magic pill to an extensive, society-wide issue but for many it will be very relevant and for some, possibly a timely lightbulb. In the middle of this episode, I realised have some changes to make and I'm thankful for the chat.
