Is there really a "best" diet? Or fitness program? Is there a (single) best way to grow a business? Build a brand? What about relationships? Is there only one way to build a great marriage? Or friendship? As we continue on our personal growth journey, maybe our biggest challenges isn't to discover "the" best but rather, "our" best.
