Trying figure how you work, is a lifelong challenge. You don't work like me. Or anyone, actually. Well, not exactly. Physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, personally, professionally; there's no generic 5-step plan that 'works' equally for all of us. My best diet could make you unwell. Your best job, could be my professional nightmare. Your relaxing yoga class, could trigger my claustrophobia. The joke that makes me laugh, might make you furious.
