To be honest, he makes some pretty valid arguments and along the way, tells us what crackers (dry biscuits) are terrible and what are okay-ish (I say ‘ish'), why Coco Pops (with 24% sugar) get an astounding government-sanctioned 4 Health Stars (WTAF?), why not all calories are equal and why Gillespo suggests that inverting the health rating system (eating all the one-star foods) might not be the worst plan.
