It sounds cheesy but it's true that every day is literally an opportunity for you to change something (big or small) about your life; health, relationships, lifestyle, habits, behaviour, decisions, attitude, career and even, your day-to-day operating system. Maybe not in a profound way (at first) but every day you have the opportunity to create momentum and get those metaphoric wheels turning. Just to give you a heads-up..
