It's about defining who you want to be, how you want to be, understanding your drivers (the reasons behind your desire to change) and then turning those intentions into a meaningful real-world lived experience and day-today existence. This is a totally freestyle, in-the-moment, organic, me-thinking-out-loud (type of) download, so please excuse the ums, aahs and periodic pauses (you'll hear my cogs turning).
