What needs to happen for someone to really change? As in thinking, choices, habits, behaviours and outcomes? Their operational default setting? Forever? As someone who has spent decades helping people change their lives, this question is something l've been contemplating for a very long time. And while there's no single answer (of course), it's my belief that, without some kind of significant internal revolution, the majority of people will continue to spend their lives getting on and off the change merry-go-round. Enjoy.
