When the term ‘High Performance’ is used, it’s typically referring to people, teams and organisations who are at the top of their respective field (sport, business, science, entertainment) and those who are doing something that the majority won’t or can’t. And while I’ve worked with many of these types of ‘high performers’ (and had a great time), the type of high performance that fascinates me is a much bigger concept and one that is relevant to all of us.
