We speak now to Professor Susan Booysen about an article she penned in the Business Day about post-election coalitions and scenarios. So many of us are pondering what a government will be like under a possibility of coalition government or ANC not having the majority two-thirds to rule. There’s just so much that makes it difficult to even try to predict, so rather let’s hear from the expert as to what the possible scenarios are.
