We are truly RUBBISH at multi-tasking. American Neuroscientist Dr Caroline Leaf even calls it Milkshake Thinking - where rapid and incomplete thoughts make a milkshake of our brain cells. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that that’s pretty much the OPPOSITE of mindfulness. So let’s try something different.
