Studies have shown that people do perform better when they’ve written down what they need to do, and ticking things off does give us a high. But when we write out to do lists they’re pretty general – but when we write one task it could actually have 6 or 7 sub sections – and you’re robbing yourself of a dopamine hit if you’re shortening your list! Don’t wait for a big ticket item to celebrate. We all deserve to be a winner today.
