When we talk about walking to make you happier, we usually focus on WHERE you walk.

But there’s another factor to consider; HOW you walk can make a difference. Researchers have found that how we walked can impact our memory of the walk. SO how do you walk? We’re gunna give you some tips on how to think about the way you walk and boost your mood.
