Habit stacking is where you attach a new habit to an old one. A habit we could all benefit from is boosting our gratitude. The problem is gratitude practices can feel like a chooore – and then you won’t do it. We’ve got a dead simple trick for squeezing some gratitude into your day, and you can do it when you brush your teeth!
