Has a change in plans got you seizing up? This is the time of year where our schedules can get VERY disrupted. It can send our anxiety through the ceiling. Especially if you’re somebody who doesn’t likes surprises.  When someone else cancels or postpones it changes our neatly organised expectations. We feel the need to rush set it all ‘right’ again. We also feel the pressure to please everyone in the process. So how can we handle it a bit more mindfully?
