Hey, over thinkers, this is the Space, a mindfulness podcast for everyone. We're jumping in with a bit of a challenge it. It'll only take seven days, and you're probably not gonna like it. New research has shown a one week social media break does have an impact. According to a brand new study, avoiding social media for just one week can lead to big improvements in mental well being, depression, and anxiety. Researchers use something called the Warwick Edinburgh Mental well Being Scale to measure people's improvements. Levels of depression dropped from seven point four to six to four point eight four, anxiety fell from six point nine to two to five point ninety four. The point is they felt a lot happier. So are you game enough to try it? We know, we know it's not that easy. We all have the same doubts in our mind. What will you do with all that free time? What if you miss out on the latest news? What about your followers. Let's take a second to flip that mindset. Imagine what you can do with all of that free time. Imagine the freedom of falling behind. Will your followers even notice?
