A big thief of our energy is over-commitment. Research has found that people over-commit for the simple reason that we expect to have more time in the future than we have in the present. Of course this is never the case and we end up failing to do it all, feeling guilty and totally exhausted. But, we can use the mindfulness techniques in today’s episode to get over our fear of saying no and help ourselves live a more balanced life.
