Some of our difficult days feel like they can really overwhelm us. Have you ever heard of the “window of tolerance? It’s a neat little concept. The idea is that we all have a different window of tolerance. Inside that window we can live happily and productively and feel like functioning members of society. Problems come knocking when an unexpected event falls outside your tolerance window. So how can you open your window?
