Research shows that men are still less likely to see help with issues like anxiety and depression. Instead of coming across as nervousness or worry, anxiety in men can show up in different ways; Anger, alcohol abuse, muscle aches. So how can we as mates and partners help the men in our lives feel like they can talk to us about it.
