Gaslighting yourself is a bit different to when some douchebag does it to you but it has the same outcome. According to experts, you can gaslight yourself unconsciously when your relationship with yourself is unhealthy. The good news is, “Self-gaslighting” can be unlearned and we’re going to use tips from Somatic Therapist Rachel Otis (@somewhere_under_the_rainbow) to teach you how to do it!
