The benefits of adopting an ‘attitude of gratitude’ are far reaching — and proven. So, why isn’t every single person doing it? If we only make a gratitude list a few times a month — whenever you happen to remember it — the practise is unlikely to stick.
But, there are ways we can make it more likely to become a long-term ritual.
