Today we’re going to talk about Christmas conflict. It’s not very cheerful but it’s true. One survey found that three-quarters of us have at least one family member who annoys us.  Chuck us all in a room together, mix in alcohol and stir. But using the ‘Mindful Speaking’ technique we speak about it this episode, may be the key to overcoming these situations.
