How are you feeling this Monday? Excited? Deflated? Grateful? Already exhausted? We feel so much pressure to start the week running. How would it feel to do the opposite? We've got a meditation to help you land softly at the start of the week.

Good Moaning Space Cadets, Welcome back to the Space, a mindfulness podcast for everyone. It's Monday. How are you feeling? Excited, deflated, grateful, already exhausted. We feel so much pressure to start the week running. How would it feel to do the opposite? Wherever you are, unless you're driving, take a moment to pause. We've got a meditation for a monday soft landing. Take a moment to find a safe and comfortable position. Sit down or stand up, and if you're standing, make sure you're balanced. Wherever you are, feel steady and still. If you're walking around, you can still join in. Focus on the muscles. You can relax, loosen the tension in your draw, your forehead, your shoulders. In your mind, visualize a big jumping pillow. Make it fluffy and luxurious. See it there, cushioned and soft. In your mind, make it inviting and glorious, A big comfortable pillow just waiting for you. This is your Monday. Yes, a Monday can feel like this, inviting and enticing, comfortable and luxurious. How do you feel when you imagine that pillow? Do you want to leap right in? Do you want to roll around? This is how we can feel about our Monday if we make it a soft landing, take your foot off the pedal, trust the timeline of your week, nurture yourself. Only you can make your Monday feel different. See that pillow again in your mind, inviting and enticing, comfortable and luxurious. Bring that energy into your Monday. Now, open your eyes and leap right in.
