Should Australia expand beef exports in South-East Asia?

Market analysts want beef exports to be expanded into south-east Asian markets. 

Exports are at the highest level in a decade, with the United States in a herd de-stock period. 

But Rabobank wants Australian producers to prepared for when the U-S re-enters the market.
