On the plate: From Pismo's Coastal Grill - Chef Michael Corcoran made an incredible Miso Salmon with Jasmine rice and oriental vegetables with a Miso glaze. The meal was paired with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from Pine Ridge Vineyards.
