Mike Shirinian and Dave Fansler are back in the u-booth basking in the last bit of summer we have left.
On the plate: Chef Michael Vernon from Pismo’s Coastal Grill serves up their famous Sashimi Pizza: which includes fresh Ahi tuna sashimi from Hawaii, avocado, red onion, jalapeno, edamame, Fresno chilies, ginger, spicy mayo, wasabi aioli on crispy rice paper shell. The meal is paired with a crisp Chenin Blanc + Viognier from Pine Ridge Vinyards in Napa.
