On the plate: A new dish from Pismo's Coastal Grill menu is served, a Rigatoni with Guanciale, blistered Brussel Sprouts with a little bit of Parmesan. The meal is paired with a bottle of Pinot from Castle Rock Reserve in the Russian River Valley.
