He’s a coach, a keynote speaker who’s presented at conferences all round the world, and he’s also a unique thinker who’s had a fascinating life.

Bobby is the host of the excellent Self-Help Antidote podcast and today’s episode is a conversation around human behaviour, where we explore evidence-based techniques for closing the ‘knowing-doing gap’ and getting shit done.
